I am a father of 4 children. My two oldest children, ages 15 and 13, have autism. It is their diagnosis that inspired me to enter the field of Special Education. I have been an educator for 10 years and am in a Doctoral Program in the field of Teaching and Learning. I am also a co-owner of a medical cannabis collective, The Autism & Compassionate Care Connection, which specializes in cultivating strains of medical cannabis for individuals with autism who suffer from seizures, pain, anxiety, etc
