VIDEOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND AUDIO RECORDING

The conference has its own official videographers, photographers, radio personnel, and audio-visual personnel who will be clearly identified by preprinted staff badges.

No other videography, photography, or audio recording is permitted on the lecture / ground floor level of the conference site. Others using any means of videography, photography (e.g., computer or cell phone), or audio recording in violation of this will be asked to leave the conference site.
